Foam
At Abbott Action, Inc. we can solve your protective packaging needs in both corrugated and specialty foam. We have a large variety of alternative interior protective foam solutions. We can design packaging that provide shock absorptions, ESD control, temperature sensitivity and much more.
Polyethylene is a closed cell foam that comes in densities from .9 to 9 lb. It is durable, easy to cut and will not absorb moisture.
Polyurethane come in densities from 1 lb to 2.2 lb. It is available in flat and convoluted (egg crate) form. It is easy to cut and fabricate to reduce movement during shipping.
Polyethylene and Polyurethane foams are both available in antistatic versions.
Crosslink foams come in low and high densities with a wide variety of colors. It is durable, resilient and shock absorbing.
They are also available in conductive Plastazote and Evazote for the ultimate in ESD protection.
Our Thermoformed products are available in polystyrene, polyethylene, vinyl, PETG and ABS materials - all available as antistatic and conductive. These materials can be thermoformed into shipping trays, clamshells, totes, material handling trays, custom applications for circuit boards, televisions, stereo components, household appliances and much more.
